Woodhill Plaza is a recently renovated office property in the desirable Minneapolis suburb Minnetonka. The 55,000 square foot building has functional foorplates allowing for flexibility in both single and multi-tenant uses. The building is complete with brick and cedar exterior finishes. The building sits on a fully landscaped property and contains a small pond between the building and the highway frontage.

In 2006, the current owners made signigicant improvements to the interior and exterior of the property. Woodhill Plaza received new bathroom finishes thoughout, as well as new carpeting, flooring, interior signage, art, and wall finishings in all common areas.
